cafecruise : max brenner melb central
The time is here and if you really want to play
with your taste buds and get your lips around some beautifully made chocolate,
or just sink your teeth in the added pleasures of the menu, but then have the
thirst of drinking some chocolate rich delights. How sweet can it be when you
have a place like Max Brenner's? Opening their first store in Melbourne
inside the QV shopping precinct, the Bald Man also opened up a store in the
revised and refreshed Melbourne Central complex. The Melbourne
Central store is larger than the QV store and has more to offer on the menu to
suite anyone with chocolate in mind. Unfortunately I have not had the
opportunity to sample the coffee, but given all of my attention to the chocolate
drinks on the menu. I do tend to hover around the hot chocolate
variations. Max Brenner's at Melbourne Central, provides
ample seating both inside and outside the store. All the seating outside
is undercover and the wall opposite the store is painted in Max Brenner colours
and pictures that are very reminiscing from the 40's and 50's era. Once
you walk inside the store, you'll walk past two large vats, one with milk
chocolate and the other white chocolate. To the left of the entrance is
the gift shop, showcasing a vast selection of delectable chocolates available
for purchase or you can purchase some to have with whichever beverage you end up
choosing, if you can find the heart to actually place one of the chocolates in
your mouth. The general atmosphere will just make you think that you're in
and olde time chocolate shop. Having been to this store quite a few times, I
have found the staff to be helpful at most times, this final time I did find
them to be much more helpful and more creative when it came to delivering
latte's to my colleagues upon discovering that I was taking shots. From
Chocolate Fondue to the delicious banana and chocolate ice cream crepe
that I ordered this time, you will also be given a small jar of warm melted milk
chocolate that you can dip your crepe or other delicacy in (apart from the
fondue which you'll be doing anyway). Eventually I will have to sample the
coffee and also let you know where their coffee actually comes from. If you're a fan of chocolate, then there is
nothing bad I can really say except that you just have to go and enjoy it for
yourself. coffee : unknown Max Brenner Chocolate by the Bald
